This Privacy Policy explains how Passage Plan handles personal data. Currently, Passage Plan does not store any user data. The information submitted via the service is only transmitted via email to the relevant RCCs and is not retained by Global SAR Hub.

2. Collected Information

Passage Plan collects the following details from users for the purpose of generating a voyage declaration email:

• Planned voyage route (waypoints, departure/arrival dates)
• Vessel details (MMSI, registration, dimensions, etc.)
• User’s identity and contact details (name, email, phone number)
• Crew information and emergency contacts

This data is not stored by Global SAR Hub. It is used solely for the immediate transmission of the passage plan to the RCCs via email.

3. Data Retention

• Passage Plan does not retain any user-submitted information.
• Once the email is sent, the data is not stored on our servers.

4. Third-Party Sharing

• The only recipient of user-submitted data is the relevant RCC that receives the email.
• Global SAR Hub does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Passage Plan does not use cookies or tracking technologies for user behavior analysis.

6. User Rights

As no data is stored, users do not need to request access, modification, or deletion of their information.

7. Data Security

Although Passage Plan does not retain user data, the transmission of emails is secured using standard email encryption protocols. However, users should be aware that email transmission is inherently vulnerable to interception.
